Charles Lau brings seventeen years of experience in the field of architectural design and project management of various building types including educational, commercial, retail and mixed-use buildings. Charles is known for his creative architectural design solutions and visualization abilities in working with clients collaboratively and effectively. His portfolio of various projects as a lead designer includes: Knowledge Infrastructure Program (KIP) Facility for Seneca College, NorQuest College Downtown Campus Redevelopment Project in Edmonton, Phase 1 of the Trades and Technology Centre for Keyano College in Fort McMurray, Trent University DNA Cluster Laboratory Building in Peterborough, University of Alberta Edmonton Clinic, Sherway Gardens Mall and Parkade Expansion in Etobicoke, Office Buildings for Great West Life in Markham and Mississauga. Charles is familiar with fast track project schedules as demonstrated on the Seneca KIP Facility working and working collaboratively with the stakeholders and the Consultant team to shape the design on the project. Charles is actively involved in the community, volunteering for the Toronto Construction Association promoting the exciting architectural and construction industry to our youth.
