Frank has over 18 years of experience as a senior designer and is an astute project leader. He has been the design leader and collaborator on numerous award winning, cultural, academic and recreational institutions. Frank’s expertise with complex stakeholder needs and his ability to translate those needs into thoughtful designs have contributed to projects of enduring value.
Frank is a versatile designer who advocates a collaborative and exploratory process. His commitment to architectural excellence, pragmatism and sustainability dovetails DIALOG’s multi-disciplinary practice and progressive approach to sustainable design. Currently, Frank is the Project Design Architect for the CFB Military Police Academy in Borden and the New Search and Rescue Base in Kingston.
