Kevin’s project experience is broad and includes master plans, facility planning, design guideline development, site planning, rezoning applications, downtown revitalization plans, and streetscape improvement projects.  Kevin has recently led large-scale master planning projects such as the Capri Centre Rezoning, the transformation of a 19-acre shopping centre in Kelowna into a transit-oriented and mixed-use development.  Kevin has also participated in and organized numerous design charrettes and organized the Great Northern Way Campus Master Plan Charrette and the UBC Farm Charrette.
In Victoria, Kevin managed large scale, high profile projects such as the rezoning for the Royal British Columbia Museum. He also led the development of the Garden Suite Policy, including all aspects related to public consultation.
Kevin is skilled at the production of media for a range of audiences, including design charrettes, public open houses, newspaper press releases, and council presentations. He participated in media interviews and was featured on CBC Radio’s “On the Island” (Victoria) and “Daybreak South” (Kelowna).
