Robert Northcott BArch, OAA, NCARB, LEED AP | Toronto

Robert is a Senior Project Manager and Associate in DIALOG’s Toronto Studio. He offers over 30 years of successful practice as an architect, manager and principal with project experience which includes institutional, commercial, hospitality and master planned developments. Robert’s architectural background includes experience gained from public and private sector developments here and abroad and is a registered architect in Canada, United States and Bermuda. He has been the architect and project manager for a number of private sector office buildings and fit-outs for national and international companies including Tyco International Inc.
He is a LEED® AP registered architect with a particular interest in developing the new generation of high-performance work spaces which offers Owners and users increased worker satisfaction and productivity, improved health and enhanced energy and environmental performance through the use of sound engineering principles.
Past and current projects were managed under a variety of project deliveries including DBB, DB and CM and have included Court House and public service facilities. Robert is a contributing author to the Canadian Handbook of Practice for Architects for Contract Administration.
