Ryan joined DIALOG in May of 2006 after graduating from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. His main focus areas include the design and analysis of steel and concrete structures, specifically relating to institutional, commercial and retail buildings. Ryan’s experience includes involvement in all stages of project design and execution. He brings strong technical skills and a positive team attitude to all of his project work.
Ryan’s past experience on large project work such as SAIT Trades and Technology Complex and Edmonton’s ICE District Parkade has provided him with the necessary skills required to adapt to the high demands of today’s fast paced design and construction world.
He is committed to providing effective efficient design, focused on utilizing industry leading techniques and Building Information Modeling (BIM). Ryan believes that BIM facilitates a creative new way of working, allowing for multiple disciplines to cross collaborate, and not limiting the bounds of one office or studio. Using this forward thinking approach Ryan excels in a team environment, providing exemplary leadership and project management skills for all of his clients.
