Aspire DIALOG
Aspire DIALOG

Aspire DIALOG is our annual firm-wide conversation about design. In local studios, two days are set aside for presentations that explore our work together. From there, each studio picks four reps to go to the national event and share with the entire firm (thanks, live streaming!) and a prestigious outside panel. The rotating host city always finds a way to make it their own.

Integrateducation
Integrateducation

Our award-winning education program has been designed to enhance the collaborative and integrated way we work, foster creativity and give our people the tools they need to constantly improve. The curriculum features a weekly workshop at each studio with internal and external speakers.

Iris Prize
Iris Prize

The $7,500 prize funds expenses related to the selected Iris Prize submission. This includes two weeks paid leave to conduct field research in an area of personal interest, relevant to the practice of architecture, engineering, interior design, planning, or urban design. It’s open annually to all DIALOG employees.
