Alberta Strong: DIALOG is one of Alberta’s Top Employers

We think DIALOG is a great place to work. And we aren’t the only ones – others have noticed, too!

DIALOG is proud to be recognized as one of Alberta’s Top Employers in 2018. With five studios in North America, including Calgary and Edmonton, DIALOG’s footprint in Alberta is substantial. Our business is growing in new and exciting ways allowing us to become even better at what we do best – making a difference through design. Our goal isn’t just to get bigger, it’s to get better.

“In addition to providing their staff with training and skills development, many of this year’s winning organizations are placing more emphasis on health and wellness,” says Kristina Leung, Senior Editor of the Canada’s Top 100 Employers project. “Having a healthy workforce is a strong driver of productivity, which is important for organizations looking for ways to fuel long-term growth.”

We couldn’t agree more. “A big part of our practice involves creating an engaging design culture around innovation, sustainability, creativity, and the opportunity to positively impact our communities,” says Doug Cinnamon, Studio Managing Principal in Calgary. “One of DIALOG’s key values is to ‘Enjoy the Journey’ and create success together.”

We are in good company. We’re listed in Alberta’s Top Employers with some of our favourite collaborators and clients, including Calgary Airport Authority, Alberta Health Services, The City of Edmonton and UFA Co-operative Limited. Congratulations, everyone!
