Trade Definitions provide clarity to all construction project stakeholders as to the allocation of work to be bid and performed. … [They] are a guideline and the allocation of work amongst trades on any given project remains the responsibility of the tender authority and general contractor.
DIALOG is a strong supporter of Trade Definitions because at the end of the day we want to spend our time designing great places, just like our trade partners want to spend their day building them.
