Martin has a wealth of experience – and a particular interest in sustainable design in the commercial and institutional sectors. He also spent nearly 10 years in senior management at one of Canada’s major corporations, giving him an outside-in perspective on major projects.
Martin constantly balances the three priorities of quality, cost and delivery, and Bankers Court and Telus Spark in Calgary are an excellent examples of his approach. Most recently, he completed the James Michael Flaherty Building (90 Elgin Street) in Ottawa, a LEED® Gold Certified, P3 project for Public Works and Government Services Canada. Martin is now based in DIALOG’s Toronto studio.
