This redevelopment project surrounds the inner city in green
- Reestablishing growth
The tree lined streets extend through the reestablished blocks to a new park built on the hospital footprint.
- Integrated skyline
Multi-storied housing units border the park on three sides to focus on the downtown skyline.
- Built in connections
A new community centre is located on the corner of the park and a new street forms a pedestrian promenade that connects the entire neighbourhood to the LRT station, the Bow River, and downtown.
