As a key member of the DIALOG team, Cristina has worn a number of different hats in her over a decade long tenure at DIALOG. Having grown and shaped the DIALOG Financial Operations teams through the years, she is currently focused on supporting the business in a practice role as the Portfolio Manager for our High-Rise, Mixed-Use Residential projects in Ontario. In this role, she oversees the operational and financial performance of the portfolio, working very closely with Partners, Project Managers, and Clients in ensuring that projects are delivered successfully.
With her strong roots in Accounting and Finance, Cristina is passionate about helping AEC leaders connect the business with the numbers. Her commitment and comprehensive understanding of the industry have led her to manage numerous initiatives, including developing new systems and introducing innovative uses of our existing ones. She is a forward-thinking leader and reliable ambassador for our firm, whose genial attitude contributes to the positive atmosphere of the Toronto studio.
Cristina is currently pursuing an Executive MBA with the Ivey Business School at Western University, completing in June 2025.
What’s your favorite DIALOG project?
Zero Carbon Hybrid Timber Supertall Prototype – this started out as a back of a napkin drawing that has evolved into a possibility in the near future. I think it’s pretty neat to see how this idea has unfolded through the years.
Whose work are you most impressed by?
I am impressed by all the design talent and expertise that exists within DIALOG. As someone that’s more of a left side of the brain thinker, being exposed to the creativity and perspective of our designers is so much fun to watch and seeing how we truly are making a meaningful difference in our community through the built environment is remarkable.
