Broadway Subway Project

Above and below-grade design for two key stations

Transit & Aviation

DIALOG, along with the rest of the Acciona-Ghella JV team, has been selected to design and build the new Broadway Subway Project in Vancouver. This is a 5.7-kilometre extension of the existing Millennium Line, travelling from VCC-Clark Station in East Vancouver to the Broadway and Arbutus intersection on the west side of the city.

DIALOG will be providing integrated design services for the Great Northern Way-Emily Carr and Arbutus underground stations and at-grade exits / street interfaces. Great Northern Way will be the first station built, and will set important precedents for the others to follow; Arbutus will be the last station built. Construction will begin in fall 2020, with the line in service in 2025. For more information, go to the project website – broadwaysubway.ca.
